Order Processing Times

- Making a Claim: If your insured package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can easily file a claim directly with Route. Their quick and hassle-free process ensures you’ll either receive a replacement or a refund.
Note: Shipping insurance is optional and not automatically added to your order. If you choose not to add insurance, Enchanted Home Solutions cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our hands.
