Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom or personalized items (including intention candles and bespoke creations) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@enchantedsolutionswa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return the item.
  3. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges & Replacements

We will happily replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@enchantedsolutionswa.com, and we will arrange a replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
